Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the binder from the packaging. Ensure all components are present as listed in the manual.
2. Placement: Place the binder on a stable, flat surface with ample space for operation and document handling.

Operation

Punching Documents

1. Adjust Pins: Use the adjustable pins to match the size of your document. Disengage any pins that are not needed to avoid punching unnecessary holes.

2. Load Paper: Insert the stack of paper into the punching throat, aligning it with the edge guide.

3. Punch Activation: Press the handle to activate the manual punch. Ensure the paper is held firmly to prevent misalignment.

4. Repeat: Continue punching until all documents are prepared.

Binding Documents

1. Select Comb: Choose the appropriate plastic comb size for your document.

2. Open Comb: Use the comb opener to spread the comb open.

3. Insert Documents: Align the punched holes of the document with the comb teeth and slide the document onto the comb.

4. Close Comb: Ensure the document is securely attached to the comb.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning: Regularly clean the punching and binding areas to remove paper dust and debris. Use a soft brush or compressed air.

2. Lubrication: Apply a small amount of lubricant to the punching mechanism as needed to ensure smooth operation.

Troubleshooting

• Paper Jams: Ensure the paper stack is not too thick and is properly aligned. Clear any jammed paper carefully.
