Return and Refund Policy for unwanted goods

Returns

  • Your product needs to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged and in the same condition, you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • Products that have a sealed box/package must still be sealed and undamaged (e.g Printer Cartridges and USB drives)
  • You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start your return process you can go to our "PRODUCT RETURNS" page and complete the form or you can contact us via our "CONTACT US" page. 

Refunds

  • Once we have received your item/product, we will inspect it and acknowledge receipt of your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via EFT only for the returned product.

Shipping of returned goods

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Handling Fees

  • A handling/admin/processing fee of 10% may be charged when orders are canceled due to the customer not wanting the product/s.
  • Special bulk orders will have either a handling fee or might not be refunded, depending on our supplier or manufacturer refund policy.


Return and Refund Policy for Defective Goods

Returns

  • Your product needs to be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Defective goods can either be replaced or refunded.
  • You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only products with factory defects will be accepted for a refund or replacement
  • To start your return process you can go to our "PRODUCT RETURNS" page and complete the form or you can contact us via our "CONTACT US" page. 

Refunds

  • Once we have received your item/product, we will inspect it and acknowledge receipt of your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via EFT only for the returned product.

Shipping of returned goods

  • Collection of the defective goods will be arranged free of charge.
Festive closure notice:
Please note that we will be closed (our physical and online store) from the 15th of December 2024. We will reopen on the 8th of January 2024. All orders placed during this period will only be processed from the 8th of January 2024. Kindly place orders in advance to avoid delays. Orders should be placed by the 9th of December 2023 to ensure delivery before we close. Thank you for your support during 2023!
