Return and Refund Policy

MCS Office National strives to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. The following policy explains our return and refund process for unwanted and defective goods.

Returns for Unwanted Goods

You may return a product within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that it meets the eligibility requirements below.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • Products that are factory sealed (e.g. printer cartridges, USB drives) must remain sealed and unopened.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds for Unwanted Goods

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will acknowledge receipt via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via EFT for the returned product amount.

Shipping of Returned Goods

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Handling Fees

  • A 10% handling, admin, or processing fee may be applied when orders are cancelled due to customer preference.
  • Special bulk orders may be subject to handling fees or may not qualify for refunds, depending on the supplier or manufacturer’s return policy.

Returns for Defective Goods

Products that are defective may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only products with verified factory defects will qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • Defective goods can either be replaced or refunded, depending on availability.

Shipping of Defective Goods

Collection of defective goods will be arranged free of charge by MCS Office National once your return request is approved.
